Elemental Monsters
Elemental Monsters (also known as Energy Monsters ) were creatures made out of Elemental Energy , created from unstable Source Energy through the Weapon of Desolation . Each monster became a living embodiment of one or several Elemental Powers. . The creatures were used as an army by Beatrix and the Loyalists in their assault on the City of Imperium to reclaim the throne, controlling them with the Weapon of Desolation. After Beatrix was defeated, Arin claimed the Weapon of Desolation, using it to call back the Elemental Monsters. . The ninja opted to destroy the Weapon of Desolation, thus neutralizing its ability to spawn Elemental Monsters by dropping it into the Abyss of Eternal Night . The Weapon of Desolation would end up possessing Zilvar , making him spawn a group of Elemental Monsters to prevent it from being destroyed until Lloyd stabilized the artifact to vanquish the Monsters before the weapon fell into the Abyss. .
